Craig Donnell Jr
Craig is a Certified Personal Trainer, strength and conditioning coach, a corrective exercise specialist, and an accomplished fitness professional who stands as a pro men’s physique athlete in the International Pro Elite (IPE) and also the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB). He has owned his personal training business since 2014 and is currently working towards additional certifications in life coaching and leadership to help you be the best version of yourself!

Alyse Donnell
Alyse is a fitness enthusiast working toward her CPT with a specialization in online coaching and nutrition. She earned her Master's in Project Management and currently handles all the behind the scenes aspects that keep Intentional Living going! In the future she plans to hone in on glute specialization and pregnancy/postpartum fitness.


Mission
Intentional Living is a mindset. A way of life. It’s not just a company, it’s a belief that we should be intentional about our health: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. To be whole you must be intentional about every area of your life.
Training Philosophy
Training has more benefits than just physical appearance. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. We train to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
